How It works

Step 1 Fill out the form below and give us more information about your device and the issue. Be sure to read the instructions and disclaimer.

Step 2 You will receive an email from us with your ticket PDF. Print and place it in the packaging with your device. We recommend wrapping your device in bubble wrap and placing it in a suitable size box or jiffy bag.

Step 3 We will work on your device the day we get it and contact you with an update. Once fixed we will take payment and send the device back to you at no extra charge via Australia Post Express shipping
